When you see a new commercial or residential building that is under construction in Buckeye, you know that the Development Services team reviewed, inspected, and approved every aspect of it to ensure it meets our modern building code and safety standards.

The Permit Center is located on the second floor at City Hall, and we are available by phone or email during business hours.
