Post Date:06/18/2020 2:56 pm

Buckeye residents are invited to watch a short video describing the upcoming Fiscal Year 2020/21 budget process and provide comments and feedback through an online form.  Infographic of city budget

This year, Buckeye modified the public outreach process for input on the city budget to comply with CDC Guidelines of large gatherings and to promote physical distancing. The online video and comment form replaces the public meetings usually scheduled throughout the city and will be available until Monday, July 6 at 10 p.m. at buckeyeaz.gov.

On June 16, the Buckeye City Council adopted its Tentative Budget. Council is scheduled to vote on the city’s final budget at their July 7 meeting at 6 p.m.

Since public access is still restricted at city facilities due to COVID-19, the audio of the Council meeting will be streamed live on YouTube
